I've been reading 'Through the Shadowlands" about how mould exposure triggered the author's Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and have noticed that my sinuses become reddened and inflamed when I am feeling particularly fatigued. I've had a mould specialist in to my apartment and now run a dehumidifier more frequently but am also testing more regular sauna visits and steam inhalation to see if that helps to reduce the symptoms of fatigue, has anyone else experienced anything similar?

I recently bought a dehumidifier as I have been official diagnosed with MCAS, my doctors have been suspecting MCAS for the past 12 months with the weird rashes i get. I would say the inhalitation and saunas might be making it worse. Have tried infra red saunas? They have the same effect as traditional sauna but without the steam. I have used the infra red a couple of times but they trigger some of my symptoms so i stopped.
